When you put things in the biogas it will make liquid manure that you put on your fields. That is what the pipe coming out is for
The fill spout at the Bio Gas plant is for filling tanks with Digest8 (slurry), which you make by selling crops and manure at the BGP sellpoint. So you can get a slurry spreader (or tank trailer), fill with digest8 and fertilize your fields. I believe on the other maps, the plant will hold up to 800k liters.
