Easiest solution to weeds is just to plow the field every year. Weeds don't grow on a plowed field.

spraying your weeds also reduces yield as it damages the crops. I don`t have the game myself but i read it in comments from another creators game.
Not sure if your be able to get this but on modhub there’s a John deer cotton with a bigger pickup and a auto stacking trailer two
I think I would of put two harvesters on one field, and another two harvesters on another field and knock out two fields at a time. Instead of trying to get one field completed faster.
I don't know if you have the weight lowered on the back of that tractor, but that will help if it's not.

you can have a dolly for the trailer its a bit better because tractors have more HP but not all 😇
