The empty baler mod can be done with Easy Dev Controls, just select the crop you have in the baler, fill it, and then delete it that bales if you don't want it, and some round balers, like the Claas Roland on modhub can be unloaded if there isn't a full bales, it just need about half it's copasity to get a bale out
