at least on ps4 all the farm work trophies/achievements only count towards work done on Your land, not like 17 where it was just any field work done anywhere. I'm not even sure if workers working land counts. That old mod from holger that turned in game cultivators into plows kind of screwed me on the 100ha worked creating fields on flat map because it messed with the game counter.

An idea that I have is take all your crop and put it in your silo only and then all contract crop put in other sup so you don’t have to sell your crop with the contract crop and then sell your crop to highest buyer
